AT Home Network – Digital Foundation in the Premium Real Estate Market

AT Home Network is a premium real estate agency with many years of experience in Central and Eastern Europe. They operate in five capital cities, offering top-tier property services. Their clientele includes businesspeople and high-profile individuals seeking homes or exploring real estate investments.

Their IT system was developed several years ago, and since then, new ideas and technological advancements have emerged. While the existing system is still functional, they are now looking for improved solutions. Beyond just finding the right tools, choosing the right team to work with is equally important to them—they seek not just solutions, but true partners.

Through collaborative discussions, we mapped out the steps toward finding the most optimal approach for their needs. This process is still ongoing, but it is already clear that they aim to remain market leaders in their field.

This project is particularly interesting because it marks the first step in a longer journey. We migrated their infrastructure to a new server and brought one of their core systems—based on Laravel—up to date. This provides a solid foundation for the next phase of development, which is the focus of our current conversations.

The migration went smoothly, and we had the opportunity to demonstrate our expertise in multiple areas—not only by completing the requested updates, but also by acting as their IT partners and offering backend server-side solutions and suggestions.
